A non-terminationg cat program in Malbolge Unshackled is as easy as in Malbolge. More precisely, the following cat program works in both.

A cat that terminates is much more complicated in Malbolge Unshackled. Similarly to the "Hello, world!" program, the unknown rotation width must be handled. You can download a terminating cat program here: cat.mu. The terminating cat program does not work in Malbolge, because it is too big to fit into the Malbolge virtual machine's memory.
